- Boil 2 cups (480ml) of water. Add Kanokwan Tom Yum Paste
- Add shrimp, squid and mushroom or meat, 200g
- Simmer until meat is thoroughly cooked.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning, then sprinkle on top with cilantro
